Dear Doug,
My name is Cheryl G., and I was a student in the motorcycle school safety course held June 1 - June 3, 2007.  I wanted to take the time to personally thank Brian Cloutier and Dario for doing such a great job!!!
I was scared to death, but Dario took me under his wing and guided me with ease. Brian & Dario were both very upbeat + fun!!!
Please extend my gratitude to them and give them a big pat on the back!

                                                                        Thank you!
                                                                           Sincerely,
                                                                              Cheryl G.

Norma & Doug:
Hey there! I just wanted to take a minute to thank you both for making such a huge impact on me. The course and positive, non-stressful approach to learning could not have matched better with my personality.

By the way, I checked out both of your bikes and they are awesome! Norma - Thanks for the tip, I'm going to go with the 250 to start.

Hope to meet up with you both again!
Vanessa =)

Just endless descriptions of what the MSF course has done for me. I entered the classroom with fear and left with passion and great awareness for motorcycles. My instructor, Steve Munden, was so friendly with everybody and he made me feel really comfortable and positive about my riding. He's just awesome! Well, I'll be browsing around for a suitable bike in the meantime, but I will constantly be thinking of all the risks when I do ride off with one. Thank you very very very much for this wonderful course, the learning experience and every fun moment riding. Steve, you definitely made me smile. Please continue to reach out! Thanks again. --Sue

Thank you for a fabulous weekend . The instructors are straightforward, honest, helpful and above all great people . Both were very instrumental in teaching me things I never knew before and very helpful in correcting some old bad habits . After a good year of riding I look forward to returning for other advanced training with your groups. "You never stop learning" Thanks again for everything.

I would like to start by saying that I took the course a week and a half ago with Steve, and found the class super helpful and thought that Steve was an amazing teacher. He was laid back, funny, extremely knowledgable, personable and helpful. I have since recommended the class to many of my friends/ family/ co-workers.

Just wanted to say "Thank You!". Great instructor! Melinda was able to show a person who never rode a motorcycle ever, how to ride safely and with confidence!!! She is quite skilled and understands that everyone learns a little differently and at a different pace. I would and have already recommended the course to others. Once again, THANK YOU!

Just wanted to say that I was very happy with my experience this past week. I was fortunate to have Norma as my instructor, as she has a passion for her job, she makes what could be a very boring lecture into a lively class. On the range, her corrections are very effective, but not discouraging. I have been riding both street & off-road for more than 20 years, but being self-taught, taught me a number of new techniques & corrected some bad habits. I will be back to take the advanced course in the near future.

First, thank you for offering such a wonderful course. Your facility is excellent. Before choosing a course to take, I compared CMSC against similar courses offered in Framingham and Auburn. In addition, I spoke with people at Performance Cycles and International Motorsports. Again, your program came highly recommended.

Prior to taking the course I had an opportunity to chat with Doug Gilmore on the phone. I found him incredibly knowledgeable as I was firing off question after question regarding helmet selection and motorcycles. In addition, Doug stopped in to say hello to our class, and again it was great just to listen to his experience.

Norma was fantastic! It is obvious that she knows a whole lot about the world of motorcycling. But, what is most impressive, is the fact that she never once made the student feel inferior to that knowledge. Instead, she drew upon past experiences and mistakes to share with us. I think students gain much more from the experience when they can relate well with the instructor. Speaking for the class, I can sat without hesitation that we all liked Norma.

Norma did a fantastic job intergating the classroom. We had people from all different age groups. Some rode before, some had never been on a motorcycle. The information in the RiderCourse manual could have been presented many different ways by different instructors. Norma chooses to divide the class up by tables and tackling the content as a team. I cannot say enough about this approach. She encourages people to interact with others in the classroom and get excited about the course. So, we were not just reading the material, it was being discussed and digested. I find that I get so much more out of a course when it is run this way.

When we divided the class in half for the range, I was fortunate to have been assigned to Norma. Again, many of us had not been on a bike in years, but somehow she made all of that concern melt away. For example, Norma is obviously a very skilled rider. She could have chosen to demonstrate any one of the drills at a higher speed and crisp percision which would have pretty much left most of us in awe. Instead, she rides the course according to what the exercise calls for, and we all get to see what exactly is expected. Again, this style made the course so much easier to comprehend and retain.

I do not usually write such reviews for instructors and facilities. However, every now and then you meet someone who just exceeds all expectations and teaches so well that writing a positive review is a pleasure.

My son has expressed an interest in riding. I told him that was great. When he is ready, he will be taking the course. Guess which instructor we will sign him up with?

In closing, thank you again for offering such wonderful course and having such a wonderful instructor!

I just wanted to thank Norma once again for a very interesting and entertaining class. This evening I went for my first ride on the 2002 Yamaha VStar 650 Custom which I just bought. I started slowly but felt much more comfortable in a short time due to the skills and awareness I learned in class. Norma, if you hear from Icemin, please tell him that I am now truly a member of Team Yamaha!

Thanks again, Dan

The course and instructors were great! I am extremely pleased at the way everything was organized, very structured, but at the same time a lot of fun. The instructors made this weekend extremely fun, while at the same time keeping everyone's head in the game. It couldn't have been better, and I am very happy I decided to take this course through you. Thanks again!

Just wanted to say thank you for having the instructors that you do, had a great time with the course ( even in the rain) I rode ten years ago but now I feel I have more knowledge of what I am doing, feel better riding by myself, learned a lot of things that you don't think about on a everyday ride. Thank You AJ and Brian

Greg C. writes: "What an Amazing Course"

Hi, I took a course with Norma about a month ago over a 2 day period. Now I have ridden dirtbikes for many years, and was looking to advance into street bikes. I am 22 years of age and I had just bought a motorcycle in Flordia days before starting the course. The course was made to be very fun and educational...but I really just wanted my license. The very next day after passing, I flew to Florida and picked up my bike and started a 1400 mile trip back to MA. I can not thank you all enough for the great job that Norma did. That class could have very nearly saved my life. Coming down 1-95 in Jacksonville, FL I was simply doing the speedlimit. But the highway turned much sharper than I expected it to, to the right. Now coming from riding a dirtbike I never had really used or mastered countersteering, so I had no idea what it was until the course. Had I not been familiarized with countersteering i would not have made the turn and i would have gone into the lane next to me which was at the time taken up by an 18 wheeler. I did not panic when I was drifitng out of the lane..I just remembered to press down my hanlebar and to my great relief my bike started to handle the turn way better...That knowledge and confidence was because of your course, so thank you so much, and please extend this feedback to Norma, she was such a great instructor. I will recommend this school and Norma as an instructor to all my friends that have motorcycles. Thanks a bunch!!!

Just wanted to take a minute and say "Thank You" for making me a more experienced motorcycle rider. I have about 4,000 riding miles before I took your course and it showed me some of the things that I was doing wrong and areas that I needed to fine tune. I enjoyed the classes and the riding a great deal and Steve, my instructor, was top notch. I will recommend your course to any new rider that I come in contact with and will also spread the word to others about the many classes that you offer. I live in the Springfield MA area and it was worth the drive to come out to West Boylston to attend your school, I couldnt have made a better choice. Thanks again
